Classroom Visits

The classroom visit brings professionals from different Hyundai departments into school, allowing students to interact with them directly.

These employee volunteers act not only as role models for the students, but also provide expertise in their chosen fields. Speaking with the business volunteers can help demystify what young people may perceive as very complex jobs or professions.

The employee volunteers lead 90 minutes of a learning activity and discussion based on a Hyundai Business Case Study.

  • Students explore the skills and competences which are necessary to live and work in the automotive sector. They compare the skills needed in the automotive industry 50 years ago with the skills needed today.

  • Students are exposed to adult role models coming from different Hyundai departments and have the opportunity to learn more about skills and jobs in the automotive sector
